Rambhai SACCO started with twelve members who pooled their savings so they would have somewhere trustworthy to turn when they needed to borrow. That idea has not changed, it has just grown, quietly, to 412 members today.
Our members are teachers, traders, drivers, and families along the Jogoo Road corridor and beyond, people who would rather save with people they know than chase promises from institutions that do not know them. What holds us together is simple, everyone saves, everyone can borrow, and everyone has a say in how the SACCO is run.
